An Introduction

Drinking apple cider made by monks in Vienna, Austria

This one is obvious. I am a glutton. Not the greedy kind. My story is I’m the friend who blows up the News Feed with my food porn and occasionally with pictures of my Blue Heeler, Melly. I blame it on my serious appetite and my priorities being a twenty something who constantly needs to be socializing via Instagram, Twitter, etc… So this is what I do. Eat, take photos of what I eat, and share.

I guess you can say my love for blogging and eating (together) started while I was studying abroad in Austria and Europe. As a History student, I loved sharing about the places I had seen, but quite frankly, people were more interested in what I ate that day. My words were better used to describe blood sausage and grammalschmaltz. I ate it all. I’m not kidding when I say I’m hungry and curious.

The title is self-explanatory. Never been full and always wanting more. Food is enticing, irresistible, and (let’s be honest) the only pleasurable substance to satisfy our urges. Eating is more than a daily routine. For me, this is about an undying passion for food, whether it’s finding the next best thing or cooking for two. Therefore, I’m sharing my culinary discoveries from my humble kitchen to fine restaurants to grimy hole in the walls. I’m ready for the happy weight to pack on.

Encouraging gluttony, I hope you’re scrolling through my food blog in the middle of the night, wishing you were eating. But look at it this way, it’s guilt-free and calorie-free food porn. Thanks for tuning in to satisfy your taste buds. I hope you leave hungry. Now, wipe that saliva off your chin.
